Cookie Policy

Cookie Policy
BioGenate North America LLC
Effective Date: October 16, 2026

1. About This Policy

BioGenate North America LLC (“BioGenate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies, describes our current website configuration, and outlines the choices available to website visitors.

Read this policy together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information, including information provided through website forms and business communications.

2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your computer, phone, or other device. They can support website functions, remember preferences, measure website use, or support advertising, depending on how they are used.

Similar technologies include browser local storage and session storage. These can store information on your device without using a traditional cookie. References to browser storage in this policy include these technologies.

A website can also process technical information, such as an IP address or a request for a webpage, without placing a cookie on your device. Cookie settings therefore do not control every type of information processing associated with a website visit.

3. Our Website Tools and Current Configuration

Website Hosting

We use Webflow to host and operate our website. Webflow states that it does not add cookies to customer websites by default, although optional integrations, custom code, and additional features can introduce cookies or similar technologies.

Our hosting and technical service providers may process browser, device, connection, and website-request information to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website. This operational processing is also addressed in our Privacy Policy.

Website Forms and Spam Filtering

We use Webflow to process website inquiries and filter unwanted form submissions. Information submitted through our forms may be processed to identify spam, deliver your inquiry, and help us respond to your request.

Our current configuration does not enable Webflow’s built-in Google reCAPTCHA integration. Form processing and spam filtering should not be understood as a statement that advertising tracking is enabled.

Tracking Integrations

As of the date above, we have not enabled Google tag tracking or Meta Pixel through Webflow’s integration settings. We have not connected marketing integrations or added site-wide custom tracking code through Webflow’s Head or Footer code settings.

These statements describe those settings. They are not a representation that every website function operates without technical information processing or browser storage.

4. Advertising and Personal Information

‍BioGenate does not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use personal information for targeted advertising.

‍
We do not currently use third-party advertising providers to target visitors based on their activity across different websites or services.

Our operational use of service providers for website hosting, form processing, security, and business communications is described in our Privacy Policy. These arrangements are separate from advertising-related sharing.

5. Your Cookie and Browser-Storage Choices

Your browser settings generally allow you to review, block, or delete cookies and other website storage. Available controls vary by browser and device. Consult your browser’s privacy settings or help documentation for instructions.

You may need to manage these settings separately on each browser and device you use. Some browsers provide separate controls for cookies, cached information, and other site data.

Blocking or deleting browser storage may affect features that depend on it. It does not prevent all technical information from being processed to deliver and protect the website.

Deleting cookies or other browser storage does not delete inquiries, business records, or other information already held by BioGenate. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy.

6. Storage Duration and Consent

Session cookies are generally intended to last for a browser session. Persistent cookies can remain until their expiration date, earlier deletion, or removal by the browser. Local storage may remain until it is cleared by the website or browser. These descriptions explain how the technologies work; they do not mean that BioGenate uses every type described.

Where applicable law requires consent before a cookie or similar technology is used, we will obtain that consent before enabling it. Where we rely on consent, we will provide a way to withdraw it.

‍Merely visiting our website, continuing to browse, or reading this policy does not constitute consent where separate consent is legally required.

7. Browser Privacy Signals

Some browsers allow visitors to send privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, which can communicate a request to opt out of the sale of personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our practices of not selling personal information and not sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising apply whether or not your browser sends such a signal. We honor legally required opt-out preferences in accordance with applicable law.

These practices also apply regardless of whether your browser sends a legacy Do Not Track signal. A browser privacy signal does not, by itself, prevent the technical processing needed to deliver the website or respond to requests you make.

8. Third-Party Links and Policy Changes

Our website may link to independent websites or documents hosted by other providers. When you open those resources, the provider may process information about your request and use its own cookies or similar technologies. Review the provider’s privacy and cookie notices before using its services.

We may update this policy when our website, service providers, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Before introducing new cookies, analytics tools, advertising technologies, or embedded features, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide any notices, consent requests, or opt-out choices required by applicable law.
